cast0 (cast0.ai) is a text-to-podcast service operated by Tomas Pavlin ("we"). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
cast0 converts text you submit into audio episodes using third-party text-to-speech models, hosts the audio, and publishes it through an RSS feed that podcast apps can subscribe to. The service can be used from the dashboard, the API, or through AI assistants connected via our MCP server.
You agree not to use cast0 to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You keep ownership of the text you submit and the audio generated from it. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: to process your text through TTS providers, store the generated audio, and serve it publicly through your RSS feed and episode URLs. Feeds and audio are public to anyone with the link; that is how podcast distribution works.
You are responsible for the content you publish. We do not review episodes before they are published.
Audio is produced by third-party AI models and may contain mistakes, mispronunciations, or artifacts. It is provided as is; review it before relying on it for anything important.
When you use cast0 through an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) or distribute your feed through podcast platforms (such as Apple Podcasts or Spotify), those platforms' own terms apply in addition to these.
cast0 is a young product. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice to export your content.
You can stop using cast0 at any time and request account deletion at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk, with notice where practical.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and by email when appropriate. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
